Mega Furniture is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Rep to provide timely and accurate support in a fast-paced, deadline driven office environment. Position involves dealing with customers, managers and sales staff. The individual will handle a wide range of tasks including customer service, sales support.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, be well organized and very flexible. They must have the ability to interact with staff at all levels, sometimes under pressure, while remaining proactive with a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers, answer phones promptly and schedule appointments
  • Perform clerical duties such as faxing, copying, mail distribution and filing
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
  • Other related duties assigned
  • Handling customer concerns

  • Customer service and Service industry experience preferred
  • Must be Bilingual
  • Excellent verbal communication and written skills
